## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachpflegerische Betreuung von Patienten (m/w/d) im Intermediate-Care-Bereich
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation von Vitalparametern, Infusionstherapien, Drainagen und Monitoring
  • Assistenz bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
  • Fachgerechte Bedienung von Überwachungs- und Therapiegeräten
  • Notfallmanagement: Sofortige Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Zustandsverschlechterung
  • Umsetzung von Pflege- und Überwachungsstandards nach aktuellen Richtlinien
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

## Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) bzw.
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (w/m/d)
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Intensiv- oder Intermediate-Care-Pflege
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Patienten- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
