Wir suchen für unsere zu Pflegende Tochter, Pflegefachkräfte.

Hallo :)

Ich bin Emma aus Bremen - Arbergen & ich suche ab dem 01.01.26 eine weibliche Pflegefachkraft für 50-70 Stunden und/oder für 120 Stunden im Monat.

  • Ich habe über das persönliche Budget der Krankenkasse mein ganz eigenes Pflegeteam.
  • Kein Pflegedienst, keine Zeitarbeit!
  • Meine Mama ist der Arbeitgeber.

Bei uns läuft alles aus einer Hand - super entspannt und immer flexibel.

  • Bei mir im Team arbeiten wir im Frühdienst von 7.30 - 15 Uhr
  • & im Spätdienst von 14.45 bis 20 Uhr.
  • Wochenenden nur selten & dann nach Absprache, da die meisten Dienste am Wochenende von Minijobbern übernommen werden.
  • Feiertage sind i.d.R. frei.
  • Im Frühdienst begleitest du mich zur Schule.
  • Wenn Ferien sind darfst du, neben meiner alltäglichen Versorgung (Grundpflege, Atempflege, Vitalzeichenkontrolle, Oral-und Nasalabsaugung, meine Freizeit mit mir frei gestalten.
  • Genau so auch im Spätdienst und am Wochenende.
  • Ich bin super gerne unterwegs und am liebsten Mittendrin statt nur dabei!
