Zur Erweiterung unseres Pflege-Teams suchen wir Sie zur Unterstützung mit folgenden Voraussetzungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Altenpfleger/in bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in/Pflegefachkraft (m/w/divers)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Bewohnern und Angehörigen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • körperliche und seelische Stabilität
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Grundpflege / Behandlungspflege / Krankheitsspezifische Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Ernährung und Mobilität,
  • Psychosoziale Betreuung
  • Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Erhaltung der Pflegequalität
  • fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeiter/innen aus dem Pflegehelferbereich
  • Bei Bedarf Nachtdienst

Wir bieten:

  • 4556€/Monat (bei Vollzeit) zuzüglich Zuschläge

  • Dienstkleidung wird gestellt und im Haus gewaschen

Ihre Arbeitszeiten liegen zwischen 05:45 - 13:15 Uhr und 13:00 - 20:15 Uhr. Es ist an jedem zweiten Wochenende ein Wochenenddienst zu leisten.
