  • Selbständige Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach Verordnungen und Vorgaben
  • Steuerung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen wissenschaftlichen und konzeptionellen Vorgaben
  • Anleitung von Pflegeassistent\*innen
  • Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und Ärzt\*innen
