  • Für unseren Kunden im Raum Memmingen suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im Bereich der professionellen Patientenversorgung.
  • In dieser Position übernehmen Sie verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege und arbeiten eng mit einem interdisziplinären Team zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Betreuung und Pflege von Patienten im stationären Bereich
  • Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und therapeutischen Fachkräften
  • Sicherstellung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen

Das erwarten wir

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patienten
  • strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
