Rund 350 Mitarbeiter setzen sich verantwortungsvoll für die Menschen in unserer Obhut ein.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Verstärkung für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst:

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grundpflege oder Behandlungspflege
  • Umsetzung der Bezugspflege
  • qualifiziertes Führen der Pflegedokumentation
  • Sicherstellen der Pflege und der Pflegequalität
  • Mithilfe in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Pflegeprozessplanung
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen und Ärzten

Wir wünschen uns: 

  • Abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann, AltenpflegerIn oder Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn
  • Berufseinsteiger (m/w/d), Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) und Wiedereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind uns neben Berufserfahrenen herzlichst willkommen!
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
