Für unseren ambulanten Dienst in Eisenhüttenstadt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Gemäß unserem Leitsatz „Helfen ist unsere Aufgabe“ verfolgen wir das Ziel, die Selbstständigkeit unserer Klientinnen und Klienten zu erhalten und gezielt zu fördern. Dieser Grundsatz prägt unser tägliches Handeln und bildet die Grundlage unserer Arbeit.

Was wir Ihnen bieten:

  • einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag
  • eine harmonische und fürsorgliche Arbeitsatmosphäre
  • eine wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von 30 h
  • bis zu 35 Urlaubstage

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in, Altenpfleger/-in oder Pflegefachmann/-frau
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • zuverlässige und kollegiale Arbeitsweise
  • einen liebevollen Umgang mit unseren Klienten
  • einen ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsgedanken
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine gute Kommunikationskompetenz
