### Pflegefachkraft im OP (m/w/d) oder Operationstechnischer Assistent (m/w/d)

### Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • In unseren insgesamt 19 Operationssälen arbeiten Sie als OP-Fachkraft in einem Krankenhaus der Maximalversorgung mit der neuesten Generation operationstechnischer Geräte in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Enge Begleitung von unseren pflegepädagogischen Leitungen in unsere Zentral-OPs
  • Spezialisierung auf einzelne Fachbereiche sowie Möglichkeit zum kennenlernen anderer Bereiche
  • Teilnahme am Dienstmodell des Zentral-OPs
  • Aktives Einbringe Ihrer Erfahrungen in unseren OP-Alltag

### Qualifikationsprofil

  • Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) im OP, Operationstechnische Assistent (OTA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise liegt eine abgeschlossene OP-Fachweiterbildung vor bzw. Interesse diese zu erwerben
  • Sie sind organisations- und kommunikationsstark und behalten auch in schwierigen Situationen den Überblick
  • Freude an einer interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
