Ihre Aufgaben

  • · Erhebung und Feststellung des individuellen Pflegebedarfs
  • · Organisation, Gestaltung und Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • · Analyse, Evaluation, Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Qualität der Pflege
  • · Digitale Erfassung pflegerelevanter Daten in einem strukturierten und modularen Pflegedokumentationssystem auf wissenschaftlich fundierter Basis
  • · Fachgerechte Pflege, Beobachtung, Begleitung und Überwachung von kardiologischen Patienten vor und nach Herzkatheter-Eingriffen
  • · Durchführung von Notfallmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachärzten
  • · Anleitung, Schulung und Beratung von Patienten und Angehörigen

Anforderungen

  • · Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d)
  • · Weiterbildung zum/-r Pflegeexperten/-in CPU oder die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren ist wünschenswert
  • · Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • · Patientenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • · Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • · Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
