  • eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Vollzeit, Teilzeit, Festanstellung, Minijob
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Organisation und Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Bewohner
  • Führung und Umsetzung der Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung sowie digitale Leistungserfassung
  • Einhaltung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erfüllung der anfallenden pflegerischen Aufgaben
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Motiviert, engagiert und wirken gerne als Teammitglied bei der Umsetzung eines modernen Pflegekonzeptes mit
  • Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig und strukturiert und verfügen über Flexibilität für bedarfsgerechtes Handeln
  • Sie haben Freude im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • EDV-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
