### Die PflegeSchmide in Maxhütte-Haidhof ist ein neu entstehendes kleines, familiäres Unternehmen.

Wir suchen zur Ergänzung und Erweiterung für unser Start up Unternehmen, Pflegefachkräfte.

Wiedereinsteiger, genauso junge Kräfte, sowie Lebenserfahrene zukünftige Mitarbeiter sind uns herzlich willkommen. Auch mutige Youngsters sollen unser Team bereichern.

### Das solltest du mitbringen:

° eine anpackende sehr motivierte Art und Freude am Organisieren und Durchführen des Pflegeprozesses.

° die Motivation zur Unterstützung und Anleitung von Pflegehilfskräften/Quereinsteigern, Auszubildenden und Praktikanten.

° eine gute Kommunikation und Absprache mit den Klienten.

° ein wertschätzender Umgang mit den meist älteren pflegebedürftigen Menschen und auch ein offenes Ohr für deren Sorgen.

° die Übernahme von Verantwortung ist für Dich ein Anreiz.

° Fort- und Weiterbildung in pflegerischen Belangen sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
