Aufgaben- Du begleitest unsere Patientinnen und Patienten in akuten seelischen Krisen und verhilfst ihnen ohne stationären Aufenthalt zu einer Stabilisation und der Wiederaufnahme der SelbstversorgungGeduldig und einfühlsam baust Du tragfähige, professionelle Beziehungen auf und schaffst mit der Patientin oder dem Patienten ein behandlungsförderndes Umfeld- Du findest bei uns eine interessante und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit in enger Kooperation mit verschiedenen Professionen

Profil- Du bist Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in, Altenpfleger/-in oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen- Idealerweise hast du bereits ein abgeschlossenes Studium B.A. Psychiatric Nursing oder eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung in der Fachpflege Psychiatrie- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Gerontopsychiatrie-Du verfügst über Fähigkeiten zum selbstständigen, zielorientierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten- Du überzeugst mit deiner Aufgeschlossenheit, Motivation, Engagement und Empathie- Teamgeist und Flexibilität sind Deine Stärken- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

  • Du verdienst je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation zwischen 3701 Euro und 4488 Euro auf Grundlage der Entgeltgruppe P8 TVöD-K/VKA. Hinzu kommt eine Jahressonderzahlung.
