Die Klinik Oberammergau vereint unter einem Dach drei Abteilungen im Akutbereich (Internistische Rheumatologie, Rheumaorthopädie und Handchirurgie sowie Anästhesie und interventionelle Schmerztherapie) und eine Abteilung für Rehabilitation mit Schwerpunkt Orthopädie und Rheumatologie im Verbund mit dem Deutschen Zentrum für Kinder- und Jugendrheumatologie Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

WIR SUCHEN SIE ALS ...

examinierten Altenpfleger bzw. Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

  • Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort
  • Einrichtung: Klinik Oberammergau
  • Standort: 82487 Oberammergau

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • + Aktivierende-therapeutische Pflege, sowie Förderung der Selbständigkeit von Menschen mit geriatrietypischer Multimorbidität, das heißt
  • Patienten mit manifesten Beeinträchtigungen der Alltagsaktivitäten
  • + Gezielte Anleitung, Motivation und Beratung von Patienten
  • + Sicherstellung des Pflegeprozesses anhand einer strukturierte Pflegedokumentation
  • + Gruppenorientiere Bezugspflege im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Ihr Profil:
  • + Abgeschlossenes Berufsexamen
  • + Bestmögliche Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der geriatrischen Rehabilitation
  • + Weiterbildungen auf dem Gebiet der Geriatrie
  • + Interesse und Freude an der Pflege von Seniorinnen und Senioren
