IHRE AUFGABEN

Schwerpunkt : ganzheitliche Pflege, Überwachung und Betreuung von intensiv- und beatmungspflichtigen Patient/innen

· fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen

· Umsetzung pflegewissenschaftlicher Konzepte (Aromapflege, Basale Stimulation oder aktivierende Pflege

· neurologischen Frührehabilitation (Phase B)

Administrative und strukturierte Durchführung der digitalen Pflegedokumentation

IHR PROFIL

Respekt- und würdevoller Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen

  • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene und in Deutschland anerkannte med. Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d) mit Fachweiterbildung im Bereich Intensivpflege und/oder im Bereich Intensivpflege in der Frühreha Phase B absolviert
  • Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team und empathischer Umgang mit Patienten und deren Angehörigen
  • ein Lächeln für unsere Patienten und für deine Kollegen runden dein Profil ab
