- Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
- Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen und Dokumentation
- Ansprechpartner für Bewohner, Angehörige und das Team
- Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflegequalität
- Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und externen Partnern
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege)
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Empathie
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Offenheit für neue Ideen und Weiterentwicklung
