  • Aufnahme & Check: Sie übernehmen die pflegerische Patientenaufnahme und prüfen essenzielle medizinische Parameter (Vitalzeichenkontrolle, Atemalkoholwert, Hautscreening, teils EKG und evtl. MRSA-Abstriche).
  • Sicherheit & Struktur: Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören auch Erst-Anamnesen
  • Dreh- und Angelpunkt: Sie verantworten die lückenlose Dokumentation (Nexus) und stehen in direkter, interdisziplinärer Kommunikation mit unseren Ärzten, Psychologen und den Stationen.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in; Heilzerziehungspfleger:in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Notaufnahme und/oder der Psychiatrie.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Anwenderkenntnisse im System Nexus mit.
  • Sie schätzen das eigenverantwortliche Arbeiten und bewahren auch in dynamischen Aufnahmesituationen einen kühlen Kopf und Empathie für unsere Patient:innen .
