Für unser Seniorenzentrum St. Laurentius mit 60 Bewohnerplätzen in Dorsten-Lembeck suchen wir ab sofort Pflegefachkräfte.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen
  • Medikamentenmanagement und Dokumentation der pflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der Bewohnenden und deren Angehörige
  • Planung und Organisation der Pflegeeinsätze
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen

## Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in bzw. Krankenschwester/-pfleger o. ä. - gerne mit Berufserfahrung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fachliche, persönliche und soziale Kompetenz und die Bereitschaft, diese kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
