Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit 25 Wochenstunden .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner/Klienten
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Medikamentengabe und Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Weitergabe relevanter Informationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität nach aktuellen Standards

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
