Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Pflege älterer Menschen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Überprüfung von Pflegeprozessen
  • Mitarbeit bei ärztlicher Diagnostik und Therapie
  • Übernahme der Schichtleitung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Heilerziehungspflege)
  • Freude an Verantwortung
  • Verlässlichkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit
  • Lust auf einen echten Neuanfang

Was Dich bei uns erwartet

  • Teilzeit- (ab 20 Wochenstunden, auch ganze Tage möglich) oder Vollzeitstelle, unbefristet, 5-Tage-Woche
  • Stundenlohn ab 26,75 € plus Zuschläge
  • 20 % Zuschuss zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und vermögenswirksame Leistungen
  • Übernahme von Fort- und Weiterbildungskosten
