# Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) (50 - 100%) - Haus Baar II (M1), Geisingen

## Wir suchen:

Eine verständnisvolle und einfühlsame Pflegefachkraft, die bereit für herausfordernde Pflegesituationen ist und gerne die pflegerische Versorgung auf einem Wohnbereich mit 17 Bewohner\*innen mit dem Krankheitsbild Chorea Huntington (Morbus Huntington) übernehmen möchte

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Dokumentation und Informationsweitergabe
  • Respektvolle Betreuung unserer Bewohner\*innen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit herausfordernden Pflegesituationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt\*innen, Therapeuten und Angehörigen

## Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft und Freude am Beruf
  • Empathische und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit Blick für die besonderen Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner\*innen
  • Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
