Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) / gerne auch Wohnbereichsleitung (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Sicherstellung einer bewohnerorientierten, individuellen Betreuung
  • Erfüllung der Maßgaben der QPR/PTV´s in der jeweils gültigen Fassung
  • Systematische Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Dokumentation der Durchführung und Wirkung der Pflegemaßnahmen

Wir wünschen uns jemanden, der:

  • eine Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) hat
  • sehr gut kommuniziert & mit Kritik umgehen kann
  • anpackt & strukturiert arbeitet
  • Teamarbeit liebt & gut führen kann
  • Verantwortung übernimmt und Entscheidungen trifft
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse hat
