In unseren Wohneinrichtungen begleiten wir Menschen mit einer geistigen Beeinträchtigung dabei, ihren Alltag so selbstbestimmt wie möglich zu gestalten – oft ein Leben lang.

Als Teil unseres multiprofessionellen Teams arbeitest du als Nachtwache in einer Wohngruppe für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung. Du begleitest unsere BewohnerInnen durch die Nacht, sorgst für eine Atmosphäre der Sicherheit und Geborgenheit und unterstützt verlässlich bei der abendlichen Routine. Auch in der Nacht bist du die vertrauensvolle Bezugsperson, die im Bedarfsfall kompetent und einfühlsam zur Stelle ist.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Kontrollgänge durch die Wohngruppen in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen sowie die Überwachung der Nachtruhe
  • Ansprechpartner\*in und abendliche Begleitung der Bewohner\*innen
  • Hilfegewährung im Einzelfall
  • Übernahme von pflegerischen Versorgungen z. B. Toilettengänge, Lagerung, Inkontinenzversorgung
  • Dokumentation aller relevanten bewohnerbezogenen Daten
  • Stellen der Medikamente für alle Bewohner\*innen
  • Erledigung hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten einschließlich der Wäschepflege

## Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Alten-, Gesundheits- oder Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) o. ä.
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären Wohngruppenbetreuung wünschenswert
  • Freundliches und empathisches Auftreten
