## Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Pflege- und Betreuungsdokumentation (inkl. Medifox, SIS)
  • Planung, Durchführung und Überprüfung von Pflegevisiten sowie Ein- und Höherstufungsmanagement
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Arztvisiten sowie Verantwortung für Medikationsvergabe
  • Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Pflegefachbereich
  • Planung und Durchführung von Qualitätszirkeln

## Wir wünschen uns

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder vergleichbar)
  • Weiterbildung QMB
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
