## Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohner
  • Durchführung der allgemeinen Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Unterstützung des Kernteams bei der Pflege
  • Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung
  • Durchführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung

## Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Altenpflege wünschenswert, aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Empathie, Geduld und eine positive Einstellung im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, flexibel auf unterschiedliche Situationen zu reagieren
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
