  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aktivierende Pflege und Pflegedokumentation
  • Beratung von Bewohnern und Angehörigen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Arbeitssituation
  • Kooperation mit allen am Pflegeprozess Beteiligten
  • Schaffung eines angenehmen Wohn- und Lebensumfelds für unsere Bewohner
  • Was Sie mitbringen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Aktuelle pflegefachliche und methodische Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Engagement für eine ganzheitliche Pflege – Pflege ist nicht nur ein Job!
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Teamorientierung
  • Identifikation mit den Aufgaben und Werten der Caritas Hamm
