  • Wir suchen ab sofort engagierte Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach SGB V und XI
  • Fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Erstellung und Führung der digitalen Pflegedokumentation (Handy-App)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und Kooperationspartnern
  • Eigenverantwortliche Tourenführung mit Dienstfahrzeug

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in oder vergleichbar)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B1-B2)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
