Der AGS Pflegedienst sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegefachkraft für eine Anstellung - gerne in Voll- oder Teilzeit - für unseren Standort in Ahlen.

Ihre Qualifikation:

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Pflegefachfrau, Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in).

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Förderung der Lebenszufriedenheit unserer Kunden durch individuelle, ganzheitliche und aktivierende Pflege
  • Erstellung der Pflegeanamnese, Durchführung von Dienstübergaben und Medikamentenverwaltung
  • Ansprechperson für Bewohner/innen, Angehörige und Ärzte
  • Dokumentationsvisite
  • Schreiben der Pflegepläne
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Arbeitszeiten:

  • Die genauen Arbeitszeiten finden nach individueller Absprache statt.
  • Die Ausübung dieser Tätigkeit ist in Vollzeit oder alternativ in Teilzeit mit 20-30 Wochenstunden möglich.
