  • Für unsere Kunden aus dem Gesundheits- und Pflegebereich suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Pflegefachkräfte für den Einsatz im Flexpool – im Rahmen eines Minijobs oder in Teilzeit mit bis zu 25 Wochenstunden.

  • ###### Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Planung, Koordination und Anpassung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten, Therapeutinnen, Therapeuten und interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sicherstellung der geltenden Qualitätsstandards
  • Unterstützung in verschiedenen pflegerischen Einsatzbereichen
  • Je nach Qualifikation: Durchführung von Blutentnahmen, Injektionen und weiteren behandlungspflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • ###### Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität für wechselnde Einsätze im Rahmen des Flexpools
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
