  • Dokumentation und Umsetzung von Pflegeplänen
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
  • Einfühlsamkeit und Empathie im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
