  • Sie verantworten die individuelle Pflegeplanung unserer Bewohner\*innen
  • Sie führen Maßnahmen durch und dokumentieren diese zuverlässig
  • Sie planen Pflegeabläufe und sichern die Qualität
  • Sie fördern Selbstständigkeit und Mobilität
  • Sie unterstützen Ihre Kolleg\*innen und arbeiten im Team
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Ärzt\*innen, Therapeut\*innen und Angehörigen zusammen
