  • Berufsausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, als Altenpfleger/in oder als Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/in
  • Berufsausbildung als Altenpflegehelfer/in, als med. Fachangestellter/in oder als Heilerziehungspfleger/in
  • Flexibilität, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Offenheit und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Versorgung der Patienten im Rahmen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege in ihrer häuslichen Umgebung
  • Fachliche Planung und Evaluation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Fachgerechte Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Ärzte und Angehörige
