Unsere Einrichtung „Bonifatius Wohnen mit Pflege“ in Bornheim mit 75 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern, sowie 36 Wohnungen betreutes Wohnen steht für eine moderne Konzeption, für aufmerksame Pflege und Begleitung von Seniorinnen und Senioren sowie für den respektierenden Umgang mit dementiell veränderten alten Menschen.

Eine hohe Dienstleistungsqualität und die Zufriedenheit unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner liegen uns am Herzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der Lebensqualität unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Sicherung und Umsetzung unseres Pflegekonzeptes, der hauseigenen Pflegequalität und Prozesse
  • Kontaktpflege mit Angehörigen und Betreuern
  • Gewissenhafte Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Sie arbeiten im Früh-, Spät- und Wochenenddienst

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie sind ausgebildete Pflegefachkraft
  • Sie haben bereits Berufserfahrung gesammelt, dies ist aber keine Grundvoraussetzung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Empathie gehören zu unserem Arbeitsalltag und sollten auch für Sie selbstverständlich sein
