Für unser Caritas-Seniorenzentrum Peißenberg bieten wir ab sofort Stellen als Altenpfleger und Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/divers).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ermittlung des individuellen Pflegebedarfs, Planung von Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Umsetzung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Dokumentation und Evaluation der erbrachten Maßnahmen
  • Information und Beratung der Bewohner/innen, sowie ihrer Angehörigen
  • Begleitung und Anleitung von Auszubildenden nach Delegation durch die Wohngruppenleitung / die Praxisanleitung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Übernahme der Schichtleitung
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Einsatz von Verbrauchsmaterialien

Wir erwarten

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger oder zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Einfühlungsvermögen für die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner/innen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
