Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Versorgung unserer Bewohner*innen durch eine bedürfnisorientierte Pflege
  • Sicherung der Zufriedenheit der Pflegebedürftigen
  • Ausführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegekonzepts
  • Dokumentation von Pflegeprozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Freude im Umgang mit alten Menschen

Arbeitszeit:

Vollzeit (39 Std) oder Teilzeit (mind. 20 Std)

3 Schicht

Frühschicht: 6.00 - 13.30 Uhr

Spätschicht: 13.30 - 20.30 Uhr

Nachtschicht: 20.30 - 6.00 Uhr

Einsatzbereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst setzen wir voraus.
