Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege nach unserem Pflegeleitbild und Qualitätsstandard
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Sachgerechte Pflegedokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Pflegeberuf und Berufserfahrung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eine hohe soziale, persönliche und kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Anwendungssichere EDV-Kenntnisse in den Standard-Office-Anwendungen
  • PKW-Führerschein
  • Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Selbständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
  • Persönliches Engagement und eine positive Einstellung zur Zielsetzung der Caritas und dem sozialen Auftrag der Kirche
