Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege, alternativ in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
Blick für die Bedürfnisse unserer pflegebedürftigen Bewohner:innen und das Einbringen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in den Pflegeprozess
Empathie und soziale Kompetenz
