Was Sie erwartet

  • Sie sind für die Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Klienten zuständig
  • Bei Ihrem ambulanten Einsatz nutzen Sie unsere Firmenfahrzeuge und gewährleisten eine hohe Pflegequalität
  • Sie setzen aktuelle medizinisch-pflegerische Erkenntnisse ein
  • Sie übernehmen die digitale Pflegedokumentation mittels Handy
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Pflegebedürftigen und deren Angehörige

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Pflege, Begleitung und Unterstützung von unsere Klienten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
