Wir suchen Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) und Altenpfleger(m/w/d ) im ambulanten oder stationären Bereich in und um Stralsund und Rügen

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Versorgung von Patienten im Rahmen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Planung und Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für Patienten und Angehörige
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung der Medikamenteneinnahme nach ärztlicher Vorgabe

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum examinierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder examinierten Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • selbstständige sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Empathie und Freundlichkeit
  • Lust auf neue Erfahrungen
