Die Anstellung ist sowohl in Voll- als auch in Teilzeit möglich.

### Einsatzort

Das [Matthias-Claudius-Haus](https://diakonie-ruhr.de/einrichtungen/matthias-claudius-haus) ist umgeben von einem schönen Garten, direkt an einem kleinen Wäldchen, in bevorzugt ruhiger, jedoch zentraler Lage in Bochum-Wiemelhausen. Mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Insgesamt verfügen wir über 80 schöne Einzelzimmer.

### Aufgaben

  • Pflegeprozessplanung
  • Schaffung einer positiven Tagesstruktur
  • Dokumentation in Vivendi PD nach dem Strukturmodell
  • Durchführung einer individuellen und aktivierenden Pflege
  • Fachaufsichts- und Schichtleitungsaufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team

  • Freude am Beruf
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Sie sind motiviert, einfühlsam und geduldig
  • Sie haben Lust auf neue Aufgaben
  • Sie sind neugierig und offen für Veränderungen
