Für unsere neue Tagespflege in Bochum Stiepel (Eröffnung Januar 2026) suchen wir eine motivierte und engagierte Pflegefachkraft.

### Aufgaben

  • Individuelle und ganzeitheitliche Betreuung unserer Tagesgäste
  • EDV gesteuerte Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Planung und Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten
  • Gespräche und Beratung der Angehörigen
  • Mitarbeit bei Organisation des Tagesablaufes in der Tagespflege

### Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • praktische Erfahrung in der Tagespflege
  • offene und positive Kommunikation
  • sicheres Auftreten und Empathie im Umgang mit den Gästen und Angehörigen
  • Bereitschaft und Freude an der aktiven Mitgestaltung der neuen Tagespflege im Kirchviertel
