# Die Diakoniestation Pflegedienste Dreieich, evangelischer kirchlicher Zweckverband, sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Grund-und Behandlungspflege im häuslichen Umfeld (Früh-und Abenddienst, kein Nachtdienst)
  • Planung, Evaluation und Dokumentation der Pflege
  • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Klienten, Ärzten, Kooperationspartnern und Angehörigen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Altenpfleger-in, Pflegefachfrau/-mann, Gesundheits-und (Kinder) Krankenpfleger-in, (Kinder)-Krankenschwester
  • Kentnisse in den Expertenstandards und der Pflegedokumentation im Strukturmodell
  • Fähigkeit sowohl selbständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
  • Professioneller und wertschätzender Umgang mit unseren Klienten
  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Gute Kentnisse im Umgang von EDV-Systemen für die Pflegedokumentation
