Meine Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme von vorwiegend behandlungspflegerische und grundpflegerische Tätigkeiten die fachliches Know How erfordern
  • Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses mit Hilfe EDV gestützter Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung und fachliche Anleitung der Pflegeassistenten und Pflegehilfskräfte
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Teilnahme und Mitgestaltung von Übergaben, Dienst- und Fallbesprechungen
  • Beratungen von Bewohnern und Angehörigen

Mein Profil:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in oder Pflegefachmann/-frau
  • hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
