Meine Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle und aktivierende Pflege der Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen
  • Förderung der Zufriedenheit und Lebensqualität der Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen im stationären Bereich
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der pflegerischen Prozesse
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation aller pflegerischen Arbeiten und Betreuungsaufgaben

Mein Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in den Bereichen Altenpflege, Gesundheits- & Krankenpflege oder Gesundheits- & Kinderkrankenpflege
  • Interesse an kontinuierlicher Fortbildung und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Es bereitet Ihnen Freude, unterschiedliche Lebenswelten älterer Menschen kennenzulernen
  • Weiterbildung zum Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) wäre schön
