Meine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung und Überwachung der Patientenpflege gemäß den therapeutischen Plänen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Therapeutenteam zur Koordinierung der Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen.
  • Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Pflege unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse der Patienten.
  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegekonzepten und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse und Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Teammeetings.

Mein Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder ähnliche Qualifikation).
  • Berufserfahrung in der Reha- oder Akutpflege wünschenswert, aber auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen.
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, sich auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Patienten einzustellen.
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
