  • Durchführung der ärztlich verordneten Behandlungspflege
  • Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren Berufsgruppen
  • Mitwirkung an einer hohen Pflege- und Lebensqualität unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner gemeinsam mit dem Leitungsteam
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an professioneller Pflege
  • Teamfähigkeit und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem

Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Auch frisch examinierte Pflegefachkräfte sind herzlich willkommen!
