Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen in Badenweiler suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Pflege, Betreuung und Beratung der Rehabilitand:innen
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung im Rahmen des Reha-Konzepts
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation pflegerischer Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Dokumentationsqualität
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben und Mitwirkung an Reha-Planungen
  • Regelmäßiger fachlicher Austausch im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau / zum Pflegefachmann
  • Interesse an stationärer Rehabilitation
  • Sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation
  • sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen Dokumentationssystemen
  • Einfühlsame, klare Kommunikation im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Wünschenswert:
  • Erfahrungen in Orthopädie/Unfallchirurgie oder Psychosomatik von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Qualitäts- und Hygienemanagement von Vorteil
  • Stationsleitungskurs oder vergleichbare Führungsschulung von Vorteil (bei Interesse an der Stellvertretungsfunktion)
  • Das Angebot:
  • Gehalt: 50.000 € p. a.
