Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Das Seniorenzentrum „St. Georg“ liegt vom Grün umgeben in einer Parkanlage nahe der Ortsmitte der Gemeinde Ertingen. Unser erklärtes Ziel ist es, bei unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung zu stärken und zu erhalten.

Ihre Aufgabe ist die verantwortungsvolle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner\*innen durch:

  • Grund- und behandlungspflegerische Versorgung
  • aktivierende, ganzheitliche Pflege und Pflegedokumentation nach dem Strukturmodell
  • Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (3-jährig)
  • Positive, respektvolle Einstellung zu älteren Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildungen
  • Wiedereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen!

Wir bieten:
