Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner/-innen nach individuellem Bewohnerauftrag
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität sowie Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen medizinischen Berufsgruppen
  • Sachgerechte Führung der Pflegedokumentation und stetige Weiterentwicklung der Pflegestandards
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Betreuungs- und Hauswirtschaftsteams sowie ggfs. Anleitung von Auszubildenden

  • Respektvoller Umgang mit Kollegen/-innen, Bewohnern/-innen und anderen Ansprechpersonen
