Das bringst Du mit

  • Hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- oder Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger oder Pflegefachkraft.
  • Bist ein motivierter Teamplayer mit Einfühlungsvermögen und Sozialkompetenz.
  • Arbeitest eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und sorgst dafür, dass die Bewohner täglich ein Lächeln auf den Lippen haben.

  • Du erhältst eine attraktive Vergütung ab 3800€ pro Monat zzgl. Zulagen und ein 13.Gehalt

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der individuellen Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Bewohner.
  • Gestaltung einer bedürfnisorientierten, aktivierenden Tagesgestaltung und Betreuung.
  • Präzise, volldigitale Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität durch Einhaltung der Pflegestandards.
  • Als Fachkraft stehst du Bewohnern und Angehörigen stets mit kompetentem Rat zur Seite.
