IHRE AUFGABEN

Arbeiten in der stationären oder ambulanten Grund- und Behandlungspflege
Professionelle, aktivierende Pflege und zugewandte Betreuung
Beratung von Bewohner:innen oder Kund:innen und Angehörigen Kooperation mit ärztlichem Fachpersonal und weiteren Dienstleistern
Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung pflegerischer Prozesse und interner Qualitätsmaßnahmen

IHR PROFIL

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (m/w/d)
Zuverlässigkeit und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
Gesundheitliche und persönliche Eignung für den Beruf
Sowie Führerschein Klasse B (nur für den ambulanten Dienst notwendig)
